Digital access

Offgrid Edge memberships are digital: instant Discord access, consulting, recaps, and alerts. Because this content is delivered as soon as you join, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.

Free trial

Where a plan offers a free trial, you can cancel before it ends from your Whop account and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your plan bills automatically when the trial period ends.

Problems getting access

If something goes wrong at checkout or you cannot get into Discord after paying, contact us right away and we will fix it or make it right.

Requesting a review

Refunds after access has been delivered are reviewed case by case. Message us from the Contact page with the email you used at checkout and we will reply.
